Grading
In 2006, the directors chose to automate the grading operations in order to offer a product even better adapted to the customer’s needs.
A unscrambler and an automatic feeding line that, combined with an unblocking system, permit each board to pass by a humidity detector that thus controls the exact humidity.
A competence-card qualified grader inspects and grades each board. Finally, the boards are stacked by grade according to the customers requirements.
The bundles are stored in the warehouse, protected from inclement weather.
